Shipping Rates & Policies
During Checkout, a customer will be prompted to choose a shipping method for his order. Shipping fees are calculated in reference on the shipping method of choice, and the weight/size and shipping destination of the order. A customer is reminded that all shipping and handling charges on SportChek are stated in Canadian dollars. Due to the different methods of shipping available i.e. regular shipping and express shipping, a customer is at a convenient position to get his/her order in a best way possible. Regular shipping method, orders take approximately 2-7 business days after shipping from the warehouse. However, shipping to rural or remote destinations may result in extended shipping times. A customer has an option to upgrade his shipping method for faster delivery, but for the order to be processed it should be received by the company by 12.00 PM EST. processing of orders is done during business days (Mon-Fri), and this is not done during weekends and statutory holidays.

Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
The return policy of SportChek benefits the customer 100%. If a customer for any reason is not completely satisfied with his purchase, he is requested to return the company who will promptly exchange or refund the purchase price. The company wishes to fully satisfy its customers on every item they buy, therefore, they give its customers 60 days from the date of purchase to return the orders they wish to do so. A customer’s refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. The Company is not responsible for shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other additional charges for returned items.
