Turkey’s first department stores YKM today, 3 thousand employees, over 1,000 business partners, approximately 300 thousand types of products and 46 million visitors per year to Turkey’s largest department store chain.
Establishing close relationships with young YKM constantly renewing itself, age 35 was 56% with a customer base made up of six people. It was developed from data moving targets university students and YKM Campus Card has reached 200 thousand. Again merchandising concept created for young people to move data from the same Generation Y was a huge success with its folds. Also YKM 60th year in the future of Turkey’s social investment program that encourages young people to become more responsible citizens “While there is a chance,” was implemented.
Ykm women, men and children clothes, cosmetics and personal care products, communications and technology products of all goods needed by the family to electrical household appliances and home décor are offered to the consumer. YKM international Department Store (Shop Floor) IADs which organization (International Association of Department Stores) is the only member representing Turkey.
YKM so far led to the industry, is also open horizons of future activity, unconditional customer satisfaction, shopping pleasure conversion, only Turkey, but also aims to be retail brand number one multi-storey of neighboring countries.
