If your child loves Disney movies – and let’s face it, what child doesn’t – this is one of the only online toy stores where you will find everything Disney related. Whether your little girl is a Disney princess in training or your little boy loves Toy Story and Monsters, Inc., there is something for everyone to be found at the DisneyStore.
Because they offer only Disney (and its subsidiaries) products, it is surprising how vast the selection of toys is on this online toy site. Their categories are wide-ranging from action figures to dolls and bath toys to musical instruments. They also offer an extensive selection of dress-up costumes for both boys and girls; pajamas are also available and fun to wear.
This site can be overwhelming because it offers so much more than toys. However, it is easy-to-use and very user friendly. You can find products by category, gender, age and toys on sale. The product display is second to none. With outstanding pictures (and a lot of them) for each product as well as detailed information and related products, this site is easy to use. It is a bit disappointing that there are no user reviews included on this site though.
DisneyStore.com offers many additional features; including browsing history (keeps track of what you’ve looked at during recent visits). This online toy store has one of the best Gift wizards we’ve seen. You can find gifts by gender, age, price, category or character. You can also see a list of top toys for each. It is surprising that out of the many online toy stores this one does not offer Wish Lists or a Gift Registry.

DisneyStore.com offers one of the largest selections of payment and shipping options that we’ve found. The site accepts the big name credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Like some of the other toy stores this one also offers a store credit card, promotional discounts and eGift Card purchases.
DisneyStore.com offers a number of shipping options including free shipping on certain purchases, ground shipping and express shipping. The site offers exchanges, credits or refunds on any DisneyStore.com merchandise purchased if returned within 30 days of the shipping date, excluding Shipping & Handling and Gift Wrap charges.
Help and Support
They offer an extensive Guest Services section on their site. There is an extensive list of answers to common questions, broken out by category. Like other toy stores they also offer a toll-free Guest Services phone number. It is disappointing that there is no live chat feature offered. They have both a Facebook page and Twitter account that users can follow for deals and hot news.
